Accuracy of MeteoInsight climate data
MeteoInsight processes satellite measurements from the European Space Agency (ESA) and NASA, climate models enriched with satellite measurements, predictive climate models from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and measurements of professional weather stations from the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
Accuracy assessment
The accuracy of MeteoInsight climate data is assessed by comparing the measurements of professional European weather stations with MeteoInsight data for the GPS coordinates of these stations, for the period 2004 - 2018.
